Profitlink Group is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to join their well-established dealership in Watford. The successful candidate must have some previous experience of sales in any industry and be able to work on their own initiative, providing customers with excellent service in a busy showroom. A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL and due to insurance restrictions, you must be aged 21 or over. During the first 6 months, the basic salary will be £18,000 pa plus commission, which means you should earn around £30,000 total in your first year. From year 2 onwards, you will be expected to earn well in excess of £OTE per year. A company car will be provided after 6 months. FULL UK driving licence is essential as is working every Saturday. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing customers with excellent service in a busy showroom
* Working on your own initiative to achieve sales targets
* Utilizing your sales skills to transfer to the car industry

Requirements:

* Previous sales experience in any industry
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* FULL UK driving licence
* Aged 21 or over
