About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Systems Engineer to join our team at Automation Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge robotics solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robotic systems, including mechanical and electrical integration, machine vision, and programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and specify technology and equipment needs.
- Operate and maintain robotic demonstration facilities.
- Identify and manage risks associated with project delivery.
- Support the creation of technical documents, project meetings, and customer witness testing.
- Manage designs from initial concept through to production.
- Design and test prototypes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in robotics technology, including mechanical and electrical integration, machine vision, programming, and path motion planning.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Simulation, Robotics and Automation, or a related field.
- Experience with simulation tools is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with a creative approach to problem-solving.
