Medical Case Examiner

Maven Consulting Group Ltd is hiring a highly skilled Medical Case Examiner. In this critical role, you will assess the impact of an individual's disability or health condition on their daily life. Your findings will contribute to the determination of benefit eligibility with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with 1 year or more of broad post-registration experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Proficiency in IT and comfort working with diverse conditions, including mental health, are also required.
The position offers a competitive salary of £37,800 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and a range of benefits. These include annual leave, bank holidays, and the option to buy or sell 10 extra days. Hybrid/home working is available, with NMC or HCPC fees paid for and CPD revalidation support provided.
