We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team in the North East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering general maintenance services to our portfolio.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a team-focused approach to work, and be proficient in using IT systems. You will need to be self-motivated to work alone, driving from site to site to carry out your tasks. A company van will be provided, so a full clean driving licence is essential.

Although part of a team, you will need to be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. You will also require knowledge of H&S legislation, which will be further developed through additional mandatory training as part of this role.
