Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Corporate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the performance of the TCC brand, both internally and externally.

You will collaborate closely with our senior leaders to develop effective marketing plans and campaigns, leveraging your expertise in creating compelling marketing content and assets. Your focus will encompass planning, design, and creation of assets for TCC brand platforms, outbound marketing strategies, and events, including sales meetings, client showcases, and large-scale solution launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior leaders on brand positioning, target audience identification, and the development of marketing plans with clear objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Content Execution: Implement the TCC communications strategy through the creation and distribution of marketing content across digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Campaign Conceptualisation: Design and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring messaging alignment across all channels. This includes working with email, performance marketing, and web teams to refine lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Website Management: Oversee content creation and performance on the website via the CMS, working with the data team for analytics reporting and insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Research Collaboration: Partner with the Insights team to commission research projects and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to develop effective content strategies.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with internal and external design teams to develop creative briefs and guide the creative process for advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Content Management: Manage updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support as needed.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success in developing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Skilled in managing and executing internal and external events.
  • Experienced in creating client-facing materials and event collateral.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in presenting to C-level stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on multitasking and decision-making.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a creative flair.
  • Able to leverage trends and insights to craft compelling marketing narratives.
  • Familiar with marketing automation, CMS, and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
