About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at a general nursing registered care home. As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nurse Manager in the management of the care home, including staff supervision and development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Participate in audits and inspections to ensure the home meets the required standards
  • Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
