Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Teacher to join our Reigate nursery team. As an integral part of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the EYFS framework, ensuring each child's unique needs are met and supported.
  • Maintain accurate records of observations, assessments, and progress tracking, utilizing data to inform teaching decisions.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaborative partnerships.
  • Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the nursery, reflecting Busy Bees' core values and mission.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A relevant Early Years Teaching qualification (e.g., BA or BEd in Early Years Education).
  • Proven experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues, parents, and children.
