Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Early Years Teacher to join our Reigate nursery team. As an integral part of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the EYFS framework, ensuring each child's unique needs are met and supported.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, assessments, and progress tracking, utilizing data to inform teaching decisions.
- Develop strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaborative partnerships.
- Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the nursery, reflecting Busy Bees' core values and mission.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A relevant Early Years Teaching qualification (e.g., BA or BEd in Early Years Education).
- Proven experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues, parents, and children.
