About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
