We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
Your Responsibilities- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
- Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will be a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individual who is dedicated to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
