Role Overview
This finance assistant role is designed to support the growth and success of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Process client financial transactions and prepare statements.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
- Foster effective communication with clients and HMRC.
- Take ownership of basic compliance tasks and develop skills for greater responsibility.
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations.
- Prepare VAT/payroll submissions and other financial documents.
- Balance individual productivity with teamwork and collaboration.
- Support administrative functions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain alignment with company values and people strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
We seek candidates who are actively pursuing or have completed ACA/ACCA/CA qualifications.
Compensation Package
This role offers a salary of approximately £31,000 per annum.
