Specialist Chemotherapy Care Coordinator

Skillful and compassionate nurses are sought to join our team as Chemotherapy Nurses, delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological and solid tumour conditions in their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will administer chemotherapy treatments, document patient data, and foster strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders.
About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualised support and holistic care. You will travel throughout a regional area, visiting patients at home and making a tangible difference in people's lives every day. Your clinical expertise, combined with your passion for delivering exceptional patient care, will make you an ambassador for our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans
- Maintain professional standards, documenting all clinical data and reporting adverse drug events via established protocols
- Foster long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery
- Stay up-to-date with knowledge and skills, addressing any gaps in clinical competency while adhering to business policies and procedures
- Hold a valid UK driving licence for regional travel

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse qualification
