Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and process improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee cash management, including payment approvals and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure a robust financial control environment with strong internal controls and policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other services to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Plan and lead the year-end statutory audit process.
- Develop budgets in line with company requirements and establish departmental performance vs. budget.
- Review and advise on future acquisitions and investments.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and investors.
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified accountant.
- Experience working with SMEs, strong e-commerce experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrable financial reporting and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Xero.
