About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Creative Studios at Liverpool Museums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our creative vision, ensuring that our exhibitions and gallery experiences are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead our Creative Studios to deliver outstanding in-house services to support the work of teams across Liverpool Museums.
- Plan and track projects, assign resources, and ensure the highest levels of accessibility and compliance standards are achieved.
- Interface with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure clear understanding of priorities and project requirements.
- Encourage effective collaboration, push the boundaries of design and production build, and ensure we're utilising agile and up-to-date methodologies, technologies, and software to enhance all of our studio output.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and developing innovative solutions.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
