The Wayman Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an educator to provide high-quality education to students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and proven experience teaching in a primary school setting. They will also have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and dynamic team of educators who are committed to creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment. They will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, implementing appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire them, and assessing and monitoring student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
