At Service Care Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Learning Disability Specialist to support individuals with learning disabilities in the London Borough of Bromley.

The successful candidate will work closely with service users, their families, and carers to promote independence and wellbeing in the community.

  • Maintain accurate records of social care needs assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Conduct mental capacity assessments to ensure informed decision-making
  • Utilise Continuing Health Care decision support tools to identify optimal care pathways
  • Investigate safeguarding concerns when necessary

We require a qualified Social Worker with a strengths-based approach to empower service users to achieve their goals.

Able to work flexibly and commit to quality practice standards, the ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to navigate efficiently around the Borough.

Please note that applicants must hold a Degree in Social Work and be willing to undertake continuous professional development to maintain their expertise.

A full current driving licence and means of transport are highly desirable for this role.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
