Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of social workers to deliver statutory duties and best practices
- Develop and implement a team plan aligned with Children's Services strategic objectives
- Provide management oversight on all cases with a clear understanding of risk
- Manage the team's workflow and quality assure work through observations and reflective supervision
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Social Work England registration
- Experience at Senior Social Worker level
- A recognized qualification in Social Work
- Successful completion of your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
- A full driving licence and willingness to drive
- Enhanced DBS clearance
