About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Surgical Ward team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, supporting patients with their daily needs and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with clinical tasks, such as preparing patients for procedures and administering medications.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized ward environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
