Director of Learning and Teaching

The University of Southampton is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Learning and Teaching to lead the educational activities at our new campus in India. As a key member of the senior team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a campus education plan that aligns with the University's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for educational activities across the campus
  • Develop and implement a campus education plan that reflects the University's strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and enhancement frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the vision of the wider University

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading educational activities across an institution, faculty, or branch campus of a university. You will have a deep understanding of the global higher education sector and the importance of the student experience. Additionally, you will have a credible understanding of quality assurance and enhancement frameworks that pertain to UK higher education.
