Job Title: Head of Data Centre Operations

We are seeking an experienced Head of Data Centre Operations to join our team at Alternative Heat. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Data Centre projects across mainland Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic project planning and forecasting
  • Recruitment and management of teams to deliver onsite and specialist contractors
  • Commercially-minded individual with ability to identify company risks and mitigation strategies
  • Providing monthly presentations to SLT meetings to ensure project targets are being achieved
  • Identifying department performance, areas of risk, and project delivery strategies

Requirements:

  • Extensive planning experience and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working on major construction projects within the Data Centre Sector
  • Full clean driving licence
  • An in-depth understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Pipework (MEP) systems would be advantageous
