We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at 7formation Ltd, a rapidly expanding nationwide construction and fit-out company dedicated to excellence, innovation, and growth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction / fit-out projects by overseeing the financial aspects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing costs associated with construction projects, ensuring they remain within budget while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing and submitting tenders, and ensuring compliance with all HSQE procedures.
  • Providing commercial expertise to contracts, including the production and submission of valuations, claims, and budget monitoring.
  • Supporting the authorisation and submission of project variations.
  • Authorising the placement of contracts, subcontracts, material and plant orders.
  • Maximising cash flow through the control, measurement and valuation of work, and the invoicing of customers and payment of suppliers.
  • Ensuring projects proceed to client satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a background in various sectors, fit-out/retail preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying desirable, or significant experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • High Level of Microsoft Package knowledge, COINS package (desirable not essential, as full training will be provided).
