Childcare Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join our in-house legal team at Croydon Council. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice to the Council, focusing on securing positive outcomes for children and young people.

As a Childcare Lawyer, you will be responsible for a varied and challenging caseload, including care proceedings, inquests, adoption, secure, and DoLs applications. You will work closely with a Principal Solicitor and have opportunities to participate in council-wide projects and legal services initiatives.
