Finance Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Keeler Recruitment. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our finance systems and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Processing day-to-day financial transactions, including payments and receipts
  • Performing month-end reconciliations and preparing financial reports
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting the implementation of financial systems and processes
  • Managing and reconciling corporate credit cards and petty cash
  • Preparing management information and financial reports as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Experience working in an accounts role, preferably with AAT Level 3 qualification or higher
