About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our EY Consulting Insurance Technology practice as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to understand their business challenges and develop solutions to drive transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop solutions to drive transformation and growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Support the development of business cases and proposals to drive client engagement and growth
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of technology-enabled business transformations, leveraging emerging technologies such as cloud, data analytics, and AI
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and transformation
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the insurance value chain and core insurance platforms such as Guidewire
  • Experience in insurance or technology consulting, with a strong track record of delivering business transformations and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to drive business growth and transformation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with Agile project management methodologies
