What We Look for in a Candidate:
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge, with a passion for producing high-quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, demonstrate strong leadership and development skills, and be an active hands-on chef with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
- Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
