Concierge Host

Job Summary:

This role involves providing excellent customer service and support to individuals in a residential setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and well-being of residents, while also maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and directing customer queries
• Developing relationships with customers and helping them develop life skills
• Handling emergency situations and going above and beyond to provide excellent service
• Organising social activities and ensuring the security of the service
• Writing and updating customer notes

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable adults or young people
• Good communication skills and ability to use IT systems confidently
• Prior experience working under challenging circumstances
