The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in retail fit out and a willingness to travel and work away from home regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects from set-up to handover and evaluation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Planning: Plan and manage resources, including materials, labor, and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety requirements are met, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Project Management experience
- Previous retail fit out knowledge/experience
- Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
- Willingness to travel and work/stay away from home occasionally
- Full driving license
- Commercially aware
