Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students in the Reflection Room, ensuring they engage in meaningful learning activities.
  • Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere in the Reflection Room, addressing any incidents of disruption promptly.
  • Communicate with parents as needed, discussing student behaviour and progress.
  • Support students in developing positive behaviours and attitudes towards staff and peers.
  • Contribute to the school's internal exclusion records, identifying trends and alerting staff to potential concerns.
