Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Rebate Analyst to join our team. As a Rebate Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing supplier SPA reconciliation data to ensure accuracy and fairness. You will work closely with external suppliers and internal teams to identify process improvements and optimize rebate claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supplier SPA reconciliation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work with external suppliers and internal teams to resolve claim disputes and optimize rebate claims
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Manage claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines
• Collaborate with purchasing, data services, and supplier relations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Run complex SQL queries to aid in research and analysis

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
