About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Quality Control Specialist to join our team at KBM Resourcing Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for ensuring high-quality electronic components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality checks in line with IPC standards on electronic components, tools, and assemblies.
  • Conduct quality inspections at goods inward, assembly stages, and end-of-line processes.
  • Verify that procedures and instructions are being followed during workshop activities.
  • Accurately record all inspections, checks, and tests in accordance with company processes and instructions.
  • Provide support to the electronics workshop, stores, and procurement regarding quality control issues.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in performing quality control inspections of electronic components and assemblies is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience and good working knowledge of electronic test equipment is desired.
  • Experience in PCB and electro-mechanical assembly and test is also preferred.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of NC Electronic and Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Training in IPC standards is essential.
Compensation and Working Hours
  • The salary range for this position is £35-40K per annum.
  • The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, typically between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
