About the Role

As a Project Controls Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's mission to deliver national nuclear security, threat reduction, and counter-terrorism solutions.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong understanding of project controls principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of project breakdown structures, schedules, and baselines
  • Assisting with cost forecasting, variance analysis, and performance measurement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English
  • 2 A-levels preferred but not mandatory
  • Be aged 18 or over as of August 31st, 2025, due to security clearance requirements
  • Be a British National
