About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-merchandised, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines, alongside cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards.
  • Build and replenish display units to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Work independently and use your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Use your smartphone or tablet to send and receive reports and photos.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
