Job Description

Pick for Britain is a luxury care and nursing home located in Caversham, offering an exceptional living experience for our residents. We are looking for a skilled and caring Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team.

As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing daily wellbeing programs, organising events and activities, and providing person-centred care and support to residents. You will also communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT proficiency and a valid driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and a Level 2 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision in Social Care is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included. This role requires a full, clean driving license, as you will be driving our mini bus to transport residents to various activities and events.
