About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Housing Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in housing law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle homelessness reviews and appeals, ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcome.
  • Manage possession claims and disrepair cases, working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Work with the Legal Aid Portal (CCMS) to ensure seamless case management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent client care in housing law matters, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a professional and dynamic team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 0-5 years PQE with specific experience in housing law, including knowledge of Legal Aid Portal (CCMS) and experience managing homelessness, possession, and disrepair claims.
  • Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to present cases effectively in court.
  • Excellent organisational and client care skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
