Security Systems Engineer

As a Security Systems Engineer at Johnson Controls, Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with blue chip customers. This involves visiting customer sites, ensuring their CCTV and Access Control systems are properly maintained and serviced. You will also be responsible for installing and commissioning new systems as needed. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

This position requires at least two years of experience working in a similar role within the Security/CCTV/Access Control sector. Experience with Enterprise solutions such as CCure, Genetec, VideoEdge, Milestone, and Avigilon is highly desirable. If you have a strong aptitude for learning and can demonstrate your ability to adapt to new systems, we are willing to invest in your training and development.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all paperwork related to customer interactions and system maintenance.
  • Ensuring customer expectations are met by providing high-quality service and support.
  • Managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve company goals.
  • Maintaining quality standards in all aspects of the job.
  • Achieving attendance targets in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
