Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive the sales of NeilMed's best-in-class Piercing Aftercare products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with piercing studios and retailers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the market.
  • Promote NeilMed Piercing Aftercare products to clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase their benefits and features.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and make informed business decisions.
  • Attend trade shows within the UK and internationally to showcase our products and build relationships with industry professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling and promoting luxury skincare, haircare, and/or other beauty or jewelry products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and CRM software to manage sales data and reports.
  • Willingness to travel as required to attend trade shows and meet with clients.
