About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Courtroom Advocate to join our Advocacy department, which boasts a combined 60+ years of litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Courtroom Advocate, you will be responsible for conducting hearings, drafting advices and pleadings, and offering high-quality advocacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting hearings, including interlocutory applications, case management hearings, and infant approval hearings
- Drafting advices, pleadings, and skeleton arguments
- Providing high-quality advocacy services and traveling across England and Wales as required
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, along with a range of benefits including hybrid working, 23 days of holiday per year (rising to 26 days), and brand new office space with onsite gym.
