Executive Chef

You'll be working with a dynamic team to deliver top-notch culinary experiences. With a focus on quality ingredients and customer satisfaction, you'll play a key role in shaping the dining experience at Lounge.
What You Can Expect- A salary of approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
In this role, you'll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to menu development.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar position
- Excellent knife skills, knowledge of food preparation, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision
- Comprehensive knowledge of allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety practices
- Tips shared equally among team members, based on hours worked
- Paid breaks and staff food provided on every shift
