About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing bookkeeping duties for a range of clients, including VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and processing of purchase ledger invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bookkeeping duties for multiple clients
  • Process VAT returns and bank reconciliations
  • Manage purchase ledger invoices and sales ledger invoice generation
  • Deal with client queries via phone, email, and face-to-face
Requirements
  • Previous or current bookkeeping experience
  • Experience of using Sage and Xero accounting software
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
  • Own transport for daily travel to St. Ives for training
