About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a progressive company that invests in its people and offers a competitive benefits package. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for negotiating and appointing sub-contractors for projects, managing sub-contractor packages from appointment through to final account, and coordinating with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to manage costs, profitability, and project value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors for projects
  • Manage sub-contractor packages from appointment through to final account
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to manage costs, profitability, and project value
  • Prepare tenders, cost estimates, and quotations within deadlines
  • Visit project sites to assess work quality and cost management
  • Undertake additional duties as required

Requirements:
  • Third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering sector (water infrastructure experience is desirable)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office
  • Full clean driving licence
