About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front of House Manager in all aspects of their duties, including:
- Managing all aspects of the Front Office, inspiring the team to provide excellent service and exceed guest expectations.
- Assisting with the management of rotas, timesheets, and holiday entitlements, considering occupancy and large group movements.
- Compiling statistics for the Front Office and providing related reports.
- Coaching, training, and supporting the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and drive to maintain high standards.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven experience in managing, coaching, challenging, and developing teams.
- A positive and approachable manner with a can-do attitude.

- Proven track record in a similar position within a 4-star hotel.
- Good working knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management preferred.
