Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at OCS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our clients and site visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Control budgets and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of health and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for clients and customers.
  • Support the site in the absence of the Senior Chef.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract catering with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety and food safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work well in a team and lead by example.
  • Passion for food and service with the ability to prepare and cook good-quality seasonal food.
