About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Executive to join our Mobile Sales Team in Glasgow or Carlisle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue and profit on all product and services supplied by Focus Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and adapt product knowledge to effectively upsell new features and additional services to existing customers.
  • Cross-sell different products to the existing customer base, ensuring a deep understanding of the sales process from start to finish.
  • Create opportunities through lead generation for surrounding teams covering all product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for adding services to their account.
  • Meet productivity and sales-based KPIs, ensuring accurate pipeline and forecasting throughout the month.
Requirements
  • Target-driven with a high level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
