We are seeking a talented Creative Pattern Designer to join our dynamic Print & Pattern team at Next. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing stunning patterns for a wide range of home products, from textiles and hard goods to kids' items, beauty, and gifting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of original artworks, including all-over prints and character design, that shape the look and feel of beloved products across multiple categories.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to develop new and innovative designs, from trend research to recolouring vintage pieces and briefing artwork to factories.
  • Support the team in managing department requests, colour matching, archiving fabrics, and logging samples.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional hand drawing skills, a strong interest in fashion and home design, and a keen awareness of current trends. You should be skilled in Photoshop and thrive in collaborative environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
