We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Director Pharmacist to join our team at Montu UK. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of pharmacy in the Medical Cannabis area.

About the Role

The Clinical Director Pharmacist will be responsible for leading and guiding a growing team of pharmacy professionals, driving innovation and improving patient care.

You will champion high-quality, patient-centred care, adhering to GPhC 'Standards for Pharmacy Professionals.' You will also provide clinical and professional leadership, fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation improvements within regulatory guidelines.
  • Evaluate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices.
  • Monitor, support, and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring competency standards are met.
  • Oversee compliance with legal and GPhC requirements, including accurate prescription and pharmacy records.
  • Manage Controlled Drugs diligently, adhering to best practices and record-keeping requirements.
Requirements
  • Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC Number.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pharmacy Laws and Regulations, paired with a forward-thinking approach to patient care.
  • Ethical and self-motivated, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to network and build relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Salary and Benefits

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
