  • Managing cases requiring legal intervention under the Children Act 1989, the Care Act 2014, and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, which includes preparing court reports, attending hearings, and providing evidence to protect vulnerable children.
  • Handling urgent and complex cases with sensitivity and efficiency, providing crisis intervention and support as needed, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Producing high-quality, detailed court reports, including Section 7 reports (welfare reports) and Section 47 reports (investigations into child abuse), care plans, and statements.
