Manufacturing Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our client's site in Bexhill on sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the production team and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. They will be able to motivate and manage a team to achieve high-quality results.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £13.98 per hour, paid weekly, with additional benefits including a weekly production bonus scheme.

Role Summary

Our client, a leading supplier to the Construction Industry, is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to supervise their production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
