Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurse to join our Medical Day Treatment Unit team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of evidence-based guidelines and policies.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, developing and implementing plans of care, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- They will also contribute to the development of evidence-based guidelines and policies, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Awareness of current professional nursing issues and evidence of recent and ongoing professional development are essential for this role.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have post-registration experience working in an acute hospital setting and be familiar with World Class Care values. They will be responsible for maintaining professional behavior, promoting a positive image of the trust, and adhering to trust policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will also have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
