Job Description

We are seeking an experienced English Language Teacher to join our team. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for engaging students in the learning process, ensuring learner outcomes are maximised, and delivering interesting and enjoyable lessons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met
  • Use a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials
  • Collaborate with Academic Managers to set objectives and measure progress
  • Participate in regular CPD sessions and contribute to the development of materials and documents
  • Provide emotional and pastoral care for students, promoting their mental and physical wellbeing
  • Effectively manage classroom management and student behaviour
Requirements
  • CELTA/CertTesol, DELTA, Trinity Dip TESOL or equivalent at Master's level
  • Demonstrable experience teaching English Language courses in multilingual classrooms
  • Excellent English language knowledge and understanding of teaching methodology in a multi-lingual environment
  • Structured and creative approach to lesson planning
  • Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
