Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of technical designs and solutions for building projects
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design coherence and quality
* Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge in areas such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and BIM360
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

* Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology (BA or BSc)
* CIAT Chartership (desirable)
* 7+ years minimum post-qualification UK experience
* Demonstrated experience in technical design
* Full proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD (essential) demonstrated in portfolio
* Working knowledge of BIM360 and NBS Software (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of Building Regs and construction working methods
