A prestigious retail business is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office and Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their head office and external sites in Central London. This key role will play a pivotal part in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Policies and Procedures Development: Implement operational policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
  2. Site Management: Oversee the management of the office and additional sites, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  3. Security and Compliance: Ensure the physical and digital security of company assets and information.
  4. Administrative Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and workspace allocation.
  5. Documentation and Filing: Maintain high standards of office organisation, ensuring all documentation and files are managed according to company protocols.
  6. Contract Management: Oversee and manage all office-related contracts, including leases, service agreements, and vendor contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal and company standards.
  7. Budget Monitoring: Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and manage office-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
  8. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This role requires a wealth of experience in similar Office Manager or Operations Manager positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and leadership abilities.
